On Monday 8, December 2008, I was napping on the couch and at about 3:00am. I was awoken (I'm a light sleeper, so I was wide awake) by a loud strange buzzing noise. As if an large over wound toys spring burst, like the gears were grinding. However, the freaky part is, there was an orange glow about a foot below the ceiling. It was the size of two footballs end to end. It lasted 4-5 seconds then just burned out. My first thought was my smoke detecter just blew up! No-way. It's battery operated and has no moving parts. I wasn't freaked, but was awestruck, (like did that just really happen?) So I looked around , there was no smoke, no damage. Oh, as it disappeared it left no flash dots in my eyes, Like when someone takes a flash photo and everywhere you look you see dots. I didn't know what to do and have no idea what it means. The more I think of it the more bizzare it seems.
