Haunted House on Hill
Posted on: Apr-9th-2009, 10:34:02 AM |

Level of Lucidity (1-10): 4 | Dream Signs: scary, hill, haunting, people, | Mood: Frightened

The first I remember, I was at this place, and we were building (though I didn't know this at first) a haunted house for people. I remember Professor Locke, the clarinet professor from a local college, was leading the group. I was wandering around below the actual building, where a bunch of kids were taking pieces out of a gray stone wall, making it slant upwards. I remember Locke saying that "This is supposed to only take three hours in all... I'm behind..." and then laughing. There was much more detail to this, but little I remember.

Later I was in the grade school, where I had wandered from the haunted house. I met a lady holding a baby. I asked her if I could hold it, and she said "okay" handed me the baby, and walked away. I remember it was a bit big and fat to be the age it was; an age where all it could do was lift it's head and lay on it's tummy or back, not even a year old, and it had the biggest blue eyes. But they weren't oblivious, they showed mischievious calculation... This was like a baby genious, even though it never did anything unbaby-like except look at me. Jess was with me at this time, had been since a piece back, and she looked at the baby too. We wandered around the school, until we came to the library. I wanted to walk in and show Miss Sullivan, the librarian, the baby, but I remembered the comment she had made earlier, about how, "I can't wait to see you with little kids crawling all over you some day..." and I thought twice. However, I figured to just take it in anyway, but for some reason I didn't, and just handed it to Jess. From what I remember I went inside and looked back out the door. She laid the baby down on the futon behind her, where it immediately stopped moving and became like a doll. This didn't bother me, though, since I was through the door, I didn't feel attached anymore. I talked to Miss Sullivan about the baby, and it was one of her students. She said it was reading books like crazy; children's books, but big ones. It WAS a genious child.

I remember later, I don't remember if I was supposed to still be in the library, there were rows of computers. Randell, who is a professor, was talking to all the people sitting at them, and I just kinda jumped in the crowd, hidden away in the corner. I didn't want him to know I was there. He was talking about something, then he said he had a VERY special guest, Jason S-------, and told him to come on up. Jason jumped up all happy, only it was strange, because though it LOOKED like him, it wasn't his style. He was overly cheery and bouncy, and he had on a black coat that was very Milli Vanilli like, with the pointed shoulders. He also had dreads, and when he went up next to Randell, I noticed he was like a head shorter than him, and Randell was really tall. Randell didn't look like pictures of him, though, it was what I thought he looked like before I saw. I remember they were joking around, and Randell was about to say "Wow! You've shrunk!" but they both started giggling, but in a guy way, and Jason put his hand over Randell's mouth, like a girl does when their best friend is playing like she's going to tell something bad about them. There was nothing homosexual about them, it was just like they were girly. It seemed absolutely normal, though.
