Flash back nightmare part three

I had just been out with my boyfriend. We went out for a couple drinks. He left about 2aam. I was having difficulty falling asleep. We had a thunderstorm coming through and the lightening kept lighting up my whole room. I believe I fell asleep about 3amish. In the beginning of the dream I remember seeing someone who appeared to be my boyfriend but didn't look like him. In the beginning we were at our lake house and then ended up in another house. There were all these children there. I don't know if I thought they were all mine. I remember seeing myself go through this river like place and it was like the scene from Charlie and the Chocolate factory with the Ommpa Loompa's. That is when I began hallucinating. Things appeared to be moving and my voice was muffled. I remember we were trying to get the children back into there rooms. I saw myself in a bathroom. Were I repeated to myself I'm alright right I'm ok over and over. My voice seemed very muffled. I could feel the tension. I got up and walked into a family room area and most my family was there. I called out its ok I'm just half asleep and they looked at me weird and one of my uncles looked and everyone and said were going to bed. I said ok and I woke up. I believe this flash back had taken thoughts that my boyfriend gave me about lucid dreaming. I felt like I had a out. I woke up full of anxiety. I called netcare they talked me through it and then I called my boyfriend. He's been very supportive during this. I have been playing phone tag with my pysch doctor. I just don't know why these flash backs are reoccuring usually I have 1-2 a year.
