A seaside dream of mirage waters

I had this enchanting dream. I was in a car driving down a road by the sea. The sea came very near. Then, we took an inner road through the Muslim quarter. The sea became a sight at a distance behind some gleaming white marble domes. I kept trying to get back to the sea. But the road seemed to be moving away from it. Then suddenly the scene changed. We seemed to be going somewhere near a waterfall. There was a figure in white who wanted to dip in the waterfall. But I wanted to tell him that the water in the waterfall was mirage-dream water. There was no point in his taking a dip. The figure himself seemed to vaporize and become a ghost-dream figure. At that point, knowing it was a dream, I woke up.
