Interests:
Learn new techniques to better develop control of lucid dreams.
My Goals: Be able to maintain control of lucid dreams for longer periods of time without awakening.
Common Dream Signs:
Being in unusual locations with a personal history (i.e. high school) or with people I don't usually associate with (i.e. John Turturro)
Influential Dreams:
I have had several dreams which I recorded in the morning that may become inspiration for writing short stories. I recently had a dream where I was a primitive man during some earlier pre-civilization era. My dream-self experienced both invigorating freedom from the world & simultaneously a profound loneliness even though I was in the company of other primitive people. What does it mean??
Horrific Nightmares: Parasomnia Sleep Disorder (night terror)characterized by extreme terror and temporary inability to regain full consciousness; often sense of threatening images like shadow of a man looming over your bed while you are completely incapacitated.
Joyful Dreams:
I naturally have a high libido, so I fantasize about sex often during the day. At night I am free to explore my sexual fantasies without violating the societal expectations of marital monogamy.
Other info you should know about me:
I'm rereading the World of Lucid Dreaming & already I'm having an increased frequency of lucid dreams now that I'm beginning to perform the recommended mental exercises during my waking hours.

You have done your best, and if some blunders and errors have crept in, forget them. Live this day and every day as if it all may end at sunset, and when your head hits the pillow, rest knowing that you have done your best."
